For our newly opening store, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the Arthur & Ruth family. This position is for 28 hours per week (minimum 24 hours), with flexibility during weekdays and weekends.

Arthur & Ruth is a family brand built on love for timeless fashion and community. As we grow, we are excited to open a new location and bring our collections to even more people.

What you will do

• Assist customers with passion and represent our latest collections with care
  
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and responsibilities
  
• Take charge of the store when the Store Manager is absent
  
• Identify sales opportunities and strive for the best results together with the team
  
• Coordinate and organize tasks to keep the store running smoothly
  
• Ensure the store follows Arthur & Ruth’s clear and structured way of working

• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus
